Terms of Service
Last updated June 13, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Optimizer Team, Inc. for ServiceFront. Please read them. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
This is an early draft, published for transparency while we finish legal review. It isn't final and may change before launch.
1. Who we are
ServiceFront is operated by Optimizer Team, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“ServiceFront,” “we,” “us”). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) cover the ServiceFront website, the owner console, and the AI front desk we host for your business. “You” means the business that signs up and the person agreeing on its behalf.
2. What ServiceFront does
ServiceFront is an AI front desk for service businesses. It answers your customers' questions and books jobs on your behalf, drawing from a business profile you build and verify. It can run on your own page, on Google, and inside assistants like ChatGPT.
ServiceFront is a tool you operate. It is not a contractor, a licensed tradesperson, or a party to the work you sell. The jobs, quotes, and contracts that result from a conversation are between you and your customer. We are not responsible for the services you provide or the agreements you make.
3. Your account
You need an account to use the console. You confirm that you're at least 18, that the information you give us is accurate, and that you have authority to bind the business you're signing up. Keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
4. Your business profile and what the agent can say
The agent grounds its answers in the profile you verify: your hours, services, service area, pricing rules, and the facts you approve. You control what it can say and do.
- You own the facts.You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and approve. The agent works from what you give it.
- Consequential actions are yours to scope.Booking, quoting, and any payment step run on the rules you set. The agent proposes and confirms within those limits. It doesn't promise hands-off autonomy, and you can review and change what it's allowed to do.
- AI makes mistakes.The agent can be wrong or incomplete. You're responsible for reviewing its setup and the commitments it makes for your business. Treat it like a capable new hire you still supervise.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use ServiceFront to:
- break the law or help anyone else do so;
- mislead your customers, post facts you know are false, or impersonate another business;
- send marketing or outbound messages without the consent the law requires (for example, TCPA consent for texts and calls);
- run a business in a vertical we don't support, including regulated fields like medical or legal services;
- attack, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or resell the service, or work around its security and usage limits.
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these rules or puts customers, the platform, or us at risk.
6. Payments and fees
ServiceFront is free during early access. When paid plans start, we'll show the price before you're charged, and fees are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew for the term you choose until you cancel. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or we say so in writing.
When a customer pays your business through ServiceFront, that money moves through Stripe Connect directly to your account. ServiceFront never takes custody of your customers' payments. Your use of Stripe is also governed by Stripe's terms.
7. Connected services
ServiceFront works with third-party services you choose to connect, like your calendar, CRM, phone or text provider, and payment processor. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and you're responsible for your accounts with them. We're not liable for what a connected service does or fails to do.
8. Who owns what
We own ServiceFront: the software, the models and prompts we run, the design, and the brand. You own your business content and the data you and your customers put into the service. You give us the limited license we need to host, process, and display that content so we can run the front desk for you. You can revoke it by deleting the content or closing your account, subject to short operational and legal retention.
9. Privacy and your customers' data
For the personal information your customers share with the front desk (for now, their phone number and the questions they ask), your business is the data controller and ServiceFront is your processor. We handle that data under your instructions and our Privacy Policyand Data Processing Addendum, which is part of these Terms. You're responsible for having the right to collect it and for telling your customers how it's used.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
ServiceFront is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work hard to keep it accurate and running, but we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the agent's answers will be correct in every case. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, ServiceFront and Optimizer Team, Inc. won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify ServiceFront and Optimizer Team, Inc. from claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that come from your use of the service, your content and business facts, the work and agreements you make with your customers, or your breach of these Terms or the law.
13. Term and termination
You can stop using ServiceFront and close your account at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if we're required to, or if we stop offering the service, with notice where practical. When your account closes, you can export your data, and we'll delete it on the path described in our Privacy Policy, keeping only what we need for a short time to meet legal and operational obligations. The sections that should outlast the agreement (ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and governing law) survive.
14. Changes
We may update the service and these Terms as the product grows. When we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top and, where it matters, tell you directly. If you keep using ServiceFront after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree to resolve disputes in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
